ABOUT THE COURSE
Learn how to willow weave this beautiful and unusual basket on this training course in the Hampshire South Downs. This Spanish-style Zarzo basket is woven entirely differently from our traditional English baskets; the weaving pattern is simple in technique but extremely effective. Traditionally Zarzo trays originated in Catalonia where they were used to drain cheese from brine and then serve. This stunning basket is perfect to use for picnics, shopping, or carrying/displaying your treasured items. There will be plenty of time and tutor support due to a smaller class size.
