South Downs Eco Lodge and Camping makes the perfect base for families, groups or individuals to explore the Hampshire South Downs! You have en-suite bed and breakfast rooms, shared hostel accommodation or camping options to choose from. Why not stay for a few days to explore the area? There are many beautiful walks and cycles to do from our doorstep - plenty to keep you busy for a few days or even a week.
We are ideally situated right on the South Downs National Trail, which means we get a lot of walkers and cyclists stopping overnight as they enjoy the 6-day trail.

walks near usThere are many beautiful walks and cycles to do from our doorstep as well as 52 acres of woodland to explore on site. We are ideally situated in the South Downs National Park and are right on the South Downs National Trail, giving direct access along sign-posted paths.
Within a 3 mile walking distance of the Lodge are Old Winchester Hill Nature Reserve, Butser Hill and Queen Elizabeth Country Park, East Meon historical village, Clanfield Village, 4 country pubs, and many footpaths and bridle ways with beautiful views of the Downs. |
