Yoga Nidra is a wonderful way of releasing stress and anxiety as it is a practice which brings about profound relaxation and is deeply restorative for your body and mind. It's a dynamic method for releasing tension from our physical, emotional and mental bodies. You will listen to Julie’s voice guiding you on a journey, hovering between the waking state and dream state but remaining conscious. Many people report sleeping really well after Yoga Nidra. All you need is to be able to lie down in a quiet, comfortable and warm place.
Julie has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years as well as running Stressless & Positive Living courses. Her mission is to help people live the best life they can and by sharing Yoga Nidra she hopes this may bring healing, relaxation and peace to many.
