General Refunds Policy
There are seperate terms and conditions for Accommodation (Stay With Us) and Courses. General Cancellation Policy More Than 1 Month Notice If you cancel a booking e.g. an Event, with more than 1 month notice before the start of the event we will refund your fees or transfer your booking to another date if places allow. An administration fee of £25 will be payable in all cases. Any difference in price will need to be paid by the customer. Less Than 1 Month Notice If you cancel a booking within 1 month of the start of your event we will not normally give refunds or transfer bookings. In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or hospitalisation customers may be eligible for a 50% refund. Customers would need to apply in writing to [email protected] before the start of theevent. An admin fee of £25 is payable. Cancellations In the very unlikely event that The Sustainability Centre has to cancel an event, or has to cancel your booking for any other reason, we will refund your fees in full. May 2022 |
