ABOUT THE COURSE
Calling all women who seek the opportunity to spend a summer's day immersed in nature with other ladies also journeying through their menopause years. Our friendly tutor and herbalist, Dee Dade, will share her extensive knowledge on how to support yourself holistically and find the hidden gifts that this unique transition offers.
This day retreat will offer an escape from the demands of day-to-day life, reclaiming some time just for yourself to explore different ways to journey through the years of menopause with more ease. Discover how the change of life can be a positive and empowering transition.
We will spend some time in circle together, sharing our experiences and the useful hints and tips we have each gained along the way. To keep your body nourished and strong, Dee Dade will share ways in which you can support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing using herbal remedies, good food, vitamins and minerals. You’ll get hands-on with some herbal remedy making, as well as taking the opportunity to spend some quiet time to restore in our beautiful woodlands within the South Downs National Park.
