Beekeepers

We are delighted to have a training apiary at The Sustainability Centre. It is is a partnership project and managed by ​Portsmouth Beekeepers Association.

​The Apiary has a variety of hive types, and it is intended that beekeepers new and old have the opportunity to review the relative merits of these hive types, gain experience of handling bees and exchange opinions in an informal manner.

Honey produced in the Apiary is sold in our shop at The Sustainability Centre.
