A health and wellbeing workshop focused on herbal medicine and awareness. This powerful one day course will engage us with the techniques needed to build resilience using only natural and intuitive processes; offering ideas, knowledge and tools we can use to strengthen and bring resilience and wellbeing into everyday life. Whether we are facing physical or stress-related challenges, this highly practical course will deepen our pool of resources and strengthen our resilience in facing life’s challenges.
- Learn to identify medicinal herbs that can help develop and strengthen both physical and emotional resilience
- Learn some of the basic awareness practices that will help us to meet the challenges and stresses of everyday life
- Gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between body, mind and nature.
Each of the workshops is a discreet ‘stand alone’ day and there will be new material in each workshop so please feel free to attend more than one.
The herbs we work with will be season related, as is some of the work that Suzanne will be sharing with you. The content related to Resilience will have a common theme through each session and we will explore how our experience changes with the seasons.
