From a Room to a Spoon

In the final stages of our eco retrofit of the South Downs Eco Lodge we are inviting you, our wonderful supporters, to make your mark and sponsor part of the renovation.

Whats Changing

When finished the new wing will provide a further eleven new B & B rooms. All will be en suite with double rooms, twin rooms, triple and a family room.

Also included will be a fully accessible suite for wheelchair users, family rooms and a Changing Places toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining/sitting room and a staff flat. It will enable holiday guests, walkers and course attendees to enjoy more privacy and comfort in an eco oasis.

sPONSORSHIP cHOICES

Each room of the renovated Eco Lodge is themed with a native tree from our woodland. The communal spaces follow a natural theme native to the South Downs. We are employing sustainability principals whilst choosing or making art and furnishings from natural, sustainable or recycled resources, which makes each room unique. 

Your sponsorship will support specific rooms and for a range of projects and purchases.  You can express a preference for a room to contribute to or sponsor. If you donate £2000 then you will become the sole sponsor of a room of your choice.

​Celebrating ​Your sponsorship

​Your gift will be marked with a dedication or name on a beautiful hand made ceramic oak leaf or acorn and leaf. The leaves, acorns , and their dedications, will become part of a permanent sculpture in our New Learning Centre, to celebrate all your generous support.

Currently the leaves, along with their names and dedications are displayed on a temporary sculpture in our foyer, as they are so beautiful we think they deserve to be seen and appreciated.
