Education ​at the Sustainability Centre

Sustainability is now a topic that schools are keen to address, both inside the classroom and through the inspiration of organised visits outside the classroom.

The Sustainability Centre offers your school a choice of a day trip or a residential visits. We aim to inspire your pupils by taking a diverse approach to this complex topic by providing  ideas for Eco work back at school and by showing eco friendly ideas in action.

I just want to thank you and the team for 3 excellent school visits.  Each class had a fantastic time and we were blown away by your team's knowledge, passion and patience.  Our children had a wonderful time exploring the artefacts and loved making the willowing weave and clay remains.  You have a great set up and adapted well to the current climate.

We are taking bookings for day visits and residential trips later in 2021, so please do get in touch. 

We follow guidance from the Department of Education and look forward to welcoming schools back on site as soon as we are able to.
