cancellations and refunds policy
More Than 1 Month Notice
If you want to cancel your place with more than 1 month notice before the start of the Forest School we will refund your fees. An administration fee of £25 per place will be payable in all cases. Any difference in price will need to be paid by the customer.
Less Than 1 Month Notice
If you cancel a booking within 1 month of the start of Forest School we will not normally give refunds. In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or hospitalisation customers may be eligible for a 50% refund. You would need to apply in writing to [email protected] before the start. An admin fee of £25 per place is payable.
Cancellations
In the very unlikely event that The Sustainability Centre has to cancel a session, or has to cancel your booking for any other reason, we will refund your fees in full.
