A four week course designed to help relieve pain, reduce stress and restore health. Â
Mindfulness means deliberately attending to and becoming more aware of the experience of our thoughts, feelings and body sensations. This allows us to clearly perceive thoughts, physical sensations, emotions and events at the moment they occur without reacting in an automatic or habitual way.
The course will teach and lead participants through a clear understanding of what it means to bring our attention and deep awareness into the present moment and the fullness of our lives and will be taught by leading practitioner, Suzanne Burnett.
